I am a Gibbs Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Yale University. My research area is the numerical solution of partial differential equations. I am particularly interested in problems in wave scattering and approaches that use integral equations and analysis-based fast algorithms. Previously, I completed my PhD in Mathematics in the Numerical Analysis Group at the University of Oxford, where I was a Clarendon Scholar and my advisor was Lloyd N. Trefethen.
Previously, I received a BS in Mathematics summa cum laude from Virginia Tech.
